Class Description
This class is an introduction to pencil drawing, so if you have never drawn in pencil before, this is the perfect class to learn how to draw.
In this class we will :
1) Take a look at what equipment we use in pencil drawing
2) Learn how to sharpen our pencils correctly
3) Learn which pencil to use when
4) See how tonal values are created
We will then do a few basic exercises and sketches to reinforce what we have learnt
This class will give you a good grounding on which we will build in the following lessons

Have spent the day absorbing the contents , explanations of all aspects of this course watched twice now watching again and going to practice my strokes. have got together most of what suggested and made myself a fold up carboad pencil rest 3minutes my first attempt from a Toilet roll cardboard centre Course description excelent.
When I first took this class a couple years ago, I did not appreciate its value.
Now, I am really seeing the benefit of understanding tonal ranges.
You just gotta keep practicing if you want to be good. Watch this periodically to hone your skills.
